Post and Packing Rates
Our standard Post and Packing rates are £1.00 per Button-Up
Nappy, and 50p per PUL-Up Wrap or Doll's nappy. Accessories are free if
ordered with another item.
All Post and Packing is FREE for orders over £50!
Delivery
We aim to despatch all Instock Items within 3 days of receiving payment. Custom 'Pick & Mix' items are individually hand sewn, so please allow upto 21 days for this individual service.
Returns
Once you have received your Button-Up Nappy items, you have 7 days in which you can return them should they prove unsuitable. If the item is unused and in their original condition then I refund the full purchase price & postage paid (although you will be liable for the cost of return postage). If you wish to return the item after 7 days then I will refund the purchase price (but not the postage).
Faults
If any of my products develop a fault, let me know as soon as possible to discuss a replacement. This does not include general wear and tear.
Recycled Products
Wherever possible I use recycled or re-used products. For example, the plastic mailing sacks I use are made from recycled plastic. I also re-use mailing bags wherever possible. I am changing over to recycled paper for invoices, letters & leaflets etc. Every little helps!
